RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1 – RETURNS
The returns in Byleclair are 5,95€ in Spain, for the rest of countries of the European Union are € 15. The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return an item purchased through our website, the garments must be in perfect condition (they must not be used, they must not be washed, with their internal labels still attached and without modifications) and with the corresponding proof of purchase.
You can request a return from your home via email email@example.com.
After checking all the details, we will send a courier to pick up your package. The steps to follow for the return are shown below:
1- Find the package slip (Albaran) we have sent you with the order and mark the articles to be returned on it.
2- As shown in the illustration we sent with your order, pack the article(s) in the original box and close it with the red security sticker(s) we sent with your order.
3-Deliver the closed box to the messenger at the address you have indicated to us.
4-Receive the refund amount within several days using the same payment method used to purchase the item(s).
Once we have approved the return and your bank has processed it (the estimated time varies according to the banking institution), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that in a few days you will receive the corresponding amount in your account. What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect? If the amount of your return is incorrect, contact our Customer Services Department by calling +34 917 004 787 or via the e-mail adress firstname.lastname@example.org. We will solve the problem as soon as possible. Please remember that byleclair.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or
garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
2 – EXCHANGES
Articles purchased at byleclair.com may only be exchanged, always providing it is a change of size or colour of the same article, its price has not varied, the article is in perfect condition and we have stock in the online store. If you wish to exchange an article at home, you must request a return and make a new online purchase. The exchange deadline is 14 calendar days from the purchase date. In the exceptional case where you have received a defective article, contact our Customer Service Department by calling +34 917 004 787 or via the e-mail address email@example.com. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
